This accessory is waterproof to a depth of up to 50 meters in accordance with the IPX8 standard, allowing you to safely use your camera while diving, swimming, surfing, or rafting. The durable polycarbonate (PC) construction protects the device from water, dust, impacts, and mechanical damage, and also ensures resistance to low temperatures. A special sealing system, which uses a mechanism that increases pressure under water, helps maintain the housing’s watertightness even during deep dives. This allows you to freely capture your adventures both underwater and while off-roading, climbing, or enjoying winter sports.
Crystal-clear underwater shots
The housing is equipped with an optical element made of tempered HD glass with an AR anti-reflective coating, which helps maintain high-quality footage. An additional hydrophobic nanocoating reduces water droplet buildup on the glass surface, preventing the lens from being obscured. The special “Full-invisible” dome design eliminates the visibility of the housing’s edges in the recorded image, allowing for unobstructed shots. The manufacturer has also provided the option to use anti-fog inserts, which reduce condensation caused by sudden temperature changes. This allows you to capture clear footage even during demanding water activities.
Robust Construction and User-Friendly Operation
The housing is made of high-hardness polycarbonate, which provides impact and crack resistance, effectively protecting the camera during intensive use. The marine-grade 316 stainless steel buttons are resistant to corrosion caused by saltwater, allowing you to use the accessory comfortably even while diving in the ocean. Despite its sturdy construction, the housing weighs just 165 g and measures 17.5 × 7.6 × 5.8 cm, so it doesn’t add excessive weight during activities. The transparent finish allows you to see the camera inside, and the included mounting accessories make it easy to set up the kit for recording.
