The transparent optical viewfinder allows you to see the frame directly, while the integrated system displays key shooting information right in your field of view. The camera also features a built-in light meter that analyzes brightness across 25% of the frame, four available aspect ratios, and a TF card slot supporting storage media with capacities up to 128 GB. Weighing approximately 65 g, the C100 remains a lightweight device that’s easy to carry with you during everyday photography.
Shooting Through a True Optical Viewfinder
The transparent optical viewfinder allows you to compose shots without a digital barrier between you and the scene you’re photographing. Instead of viewing your surroundings on a traditional screen, you can look directly through the viewfinder and stay focused on what’s happening in front of the camera. In this way, the C100’s design evokes the simplicity of analog photography while utilizing digital solutions that make it easier to capture everyday moments.
Built-in Light Meter
The GODOX C100 is equipped with a built-in light meter featuring center-weighted metering. The device analyzes the brightness in the central 25% of the frame, helping you quickly determine the correct exposure. Thanks to this, the C100 can be used not only for taking photos but also as an external light meter, which is useful, for example, when shooting with analog cameras.
Key Information Without Obstructing the Frame
The C100’s transparent screen combines direct viewing of the scene with access to essential data. The field of view can display, among other things, the current operating mode, framing grids, battery level, and exposure settings. This keeps the necessary information at your fingertips while allowing you to continue viewing the subject through the transparent viewfinder. The light transmittance of the transparent screen is over 50%.
Four aspect ratios for different shots
The camera lets you choose from four aspect ratios, allowing you to adjust your framing to suit the nature of the scene you’re photographing. The available formats are 16:9, 4:3, 3:2, and 1:1. So you can quickly change the aspect ratio depending on whether you want a wide shot, a classic photograph, a more documentary-style 3:2 format, or a square composition.
Fast Data Transfer via USB-C
You can conveniently transfer your photos and videos to your phone using an OTG connection. Simply connect the C100 to your smartphone with a USB-C cable to preview, export, and share your saved content. The camera supports USB 2.0 data transfer, so transferring your shots doesn’t require any additional wireless connections.
Up to 128 GB of storage and a lightweight design
The GODOX C100 has a built-in TF card slot and supports storage media with a capacity of up to 128 GB, providing ample space for your photos and videos. The camera itself weighs approximately 65 g, and its transparent screen measures 60.8 × 47.8 mm. Battery life during continuous shooting is over 1.5 hours, and charging is performed at 5 V / 1 A.
