Working with electronics requires tools that can keep up with your pace, which is why the FNIRSI DWS-200 soldering station was designed with precise and comfortable soldering in mind. With a maximum power of 200 W, instant heating, intelligent temperature stabilization, and a wide range of adjustments, this device handles both simple repairs and more demanding projects with ease. A clear TFT screen, the ability to save your most frequently used settings, and features that enhance safety and extend the equipment’s lifespan all contribute to the convenience of your daily work. The package is rounded out by a multifunctional stand with an automatic soldering iron sleep mode, making the station even more intuitive to use.
High Power and Instant Heating
At the heart of the station is a high-performance transformer made of pure copper, which ensures stable operation at an input voltage ranging from 100 to 240 V. With a power output of up to 200 W, the set temperature is reached instantly—the soldering tip heats up in about 1 second, and the solder reaches its melting point in just about 3 seconds. The temperature range from 100°C to 450°C allows for precise adjustment of settings to suit various types of components and solder alloys, and the ability to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit units enhances user convenience regardless of your preferences.
Intelligent Temperature Control
The PID algorithm ensures temperature stabilization, helping to maintain the set temperature during operation. You also have access to three factory-set temperature presets (150°C, 330°C, and 450°C), which let you instantly switch between the most commonly used settings without having to adjust them each time. The station is compatible with the F210 and F245 flasks (the F245 flask is sold separately), allowing you to easily adapt the configuration to the nature of your work.
Easy-to-read screen and parameter preview
The 2.8-inch color HD TFT display provides convenient access to all key information while you work. You can choose from three display modes: a classic view of the current temperature, a dynamic graph of temperature changes, or a view that combines both forms of data presentation. The dynamic temperature curve feature allows you to monitor the station’s behavior in real time during soldering.
Work Comfort and Effective Protection
The set of features designed to enhance convenience includes an inductive standby mode that works in conjunction with the multifunctional soldering iron stand. When you place the soldering iron back in the holder, the device automatically enters sleep mode, reducing energy consumption and extending the life of the tip and other consumable parts. The station is also equipped with a dual safety system that includes antistatic protection and short-circuit protection, ensuring greater safety for both you and the components being soldered.
