SUNLU TPU 95A is a versatile, flexible filament that combines high elasticity with impressive mechanical strength, offering the perfect balance between softness and durability. With a hardness of 95A, the material is flexible enough to absorb shocks and deformations, yet rigid enough to maintain shape stability. It features high elongation at break (up to 1063%), good tensile strength (34.4 MPa), and resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage. The precise diameter (±0.02 mm) ensures smooth feeding and consistent print quality, and its broad compatibility with FDM printers means you can use it without any issues in most popular devices.
Flexibility that works with you
SUNLU TPU 95A is ideal for applications where the material needs to bend, stretch, and return to its original shape without losing its properties. Thanks to its high elasticity and tear resistance, you can create functional parts that withstand heavy use—from cases and handles, through gaskets, to mechanical parts exposed to constant stress. The material retains its shape even under heavy pressure, which translates to long-lasting prints and greater reliability in practice.

The filament is designed for trouble-free printing—a uniform structure without bubbles, stable flow (MFR 23.5 g/10 min), and optimized parameters (190–230°C, 50–120 mm/s, bed 50–60°C) allow you to achieve high quality without frustration.
