With its large, 120 cm diameter hexadecagon design, the NEEWER SF120Q is ideal for professional photography and video production, where soft, evenly diffused light is essential. The deep interior with a smooth silver coating effectively reflects light, helping to maintain natural color reproduction and the appropriate color temperature. Thanks to the parabolic design, the light spreads wider and more evenly, making it easier to achieve aesthetic results in portrait, beauty, product, and fashion photography, as well as in film productions.
Soft light and greater control over lighting
The softbox is equipped with two Velcro-mounted diffusers that help soften harsh light and reduce unwanted shadows. The included honeycomb grid narrows the light beam to a 45° angle, allowing for more precise lighting direction and highlighting the contours of the face or subject. The ability to freely combine diffusers makes it easy to adapt the light’s character to a specific scene and shooting style.
Quick setup and durable construction
The design, based on 16 sturdy ribs, maintains its ideal shape even after repeated folding and unfolding, ensuring high durability during intensive studio work. The quick-setup mechanism allows you to prepare the softbox for use in less than 15 seconds without additional tools, significantly streamlining workflow on set. Despite its large size, the model remains relatively lightweight, and the included carrying bag facilitates storage and transport of the equipment.
Universal Bowens mount
The SF120Q model uses the popular Bowens mount, making it compatible with a wide range of studio lights and LED lights for photography and video. The softbox is compatible with, among others, select models from NEEWER, Godox, Aputure, Amaran, and SmallRig equipped with a Bowens mount. The large diffusion surface works best in spacious photo studios and on larger sets.

The parabolic design and large diameter make the softbox ideal for portrait photography, beauty shoots, product photography, commercial shoots, wedding photography, and video production. The foldable design facilitates transport between photo shoots, and the internal pocket in the bag allows for convenient storage of the honeycomb grid and additional accessories.
